Afghan media has once again exposed the Taliban regime's plundering of humanitarian funds.
Afghan newspaper Hasht-e-Subh has reported that Afghan Taliban took half of the humanitarian aid meant for needy people in Kunduz.
It reported that the assistance packages were distributed from the Saudi King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre.
The US Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction report has also identified Taliban's corruption in the distribution of aid.
According to the SIGAR report, among the one hundred fifty incidents of interference in aid activities, ninety-five percent were caused by the Taliban regime.
The report says that international aid to the Afghan people reached 10.72 billion dollars by 2025, with the US providing the most at 3.83 billion dollars. It said 293 million dollars have gone into the hands of terrorist networks.
The United States has immediately and completely suspended all aid to Afghanistan due to the looting, corruption, and extremism of the Afghan Taliban regime.
