The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has strongly rejected Taliban regime's allegations linking the fighting in Nuristan with Pakistan.

In a post on X, the Ministry of Information said the latest allegations by the so-called Minister for Borders of the Taliban regime seeking to attribute the fighting in Nuristan to Pakistan are self-rhetorical lies to divert attention from serious internal oppression, dissent and instability faced by the terror-sponsoring regime.

The Ministry said the Afghan Taliban are a non-inclusive and non-representative regime imposing themselves upon the people of Afghanistan by force and oppression.
