Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation Dr. Sania Nishtar says the Ehsaas Emergency Cash program is playing a vital role in alleviation of poverty from the country.

Addressing a virtual conference, she said under this program, relief package of 144 billion rupees was given to the deserving people and proper care to the daily wagers was also ensured during the coronavirus pandemic.
