In the "Loss and damage", the developed states have made commitments to assist the developing state for their losses due to climate change. The economic conditions of South Asian states' are not good. Particularly, Pakistan is more vulnerable to climate change. Promises have been made by the developed states at various international forums but not fulfilled. The developed states should assist the underdeveloped states. Pakistan has been affected due to floods and glaciers melting. It has faced severe repercussions due to climate change.
