The Punjab government is vigilant enough to counter any worse situation but the government alone cannot overcome this crisis. It is responsibility of the general public to coordinate with the competent authorities to counter Covid-19 pandemic. Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar is personally monitoring the situation all over the province. The Chief Minister is in contact with the medical teams, media, security and law enforcement agencies to contain the Coronavirus pandemic. Unfortunately, the previous governments did not take effective measures to improve the condition of healthcare sector. The Punjab hospitals are in short of ventilators and medical equipment. It is criminal negligence of the previous governments to ignore health sector.
