Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has invited French investors to invest in Punjab's agriculture, industry and livestock sectors under the Punjab Innovation for Value, Opportunity and Transformation Development Plan.

She was talking to newly appointed French Ambassador to Pakistan, Jean-Noël Poirier, in Lahore today.

The Chief Minister also invited French companies to participate in urban wastewater governance projects in major cities of the province.

She highlighted opportunities for French energy companies in solar, grid and energy-efficiency projects in industrial estates.

Both sides discussed exploring new opportunities for trade, investment and industrial partnerships between Punjab and France.
