Major steps are being taken in Balochistan for the construction and rehabilitation of road infrastructure under Balochistan Special Development Initiative.

Work is underway on one hundred and eighty three road projects across forty one districts of Balochistan.

An amount of 7.2044 billion rupees has been allocated for road projects in the province for the current financial year.

An amount of 5.089 billion rupees was spent on road projects in Balochistan during the last fiscal year.

The new road projects in Balochistan focus on strengthening connectivity between different areas and improving travel facilities.
