Israel and Hamas have agreed to extend the Gaza truce for another day to give mediators more time to continue the process of releasing hostages.

Despite extension in the truce, Israeli forces backed by bulldozers stormed into Tultarem city this morning inflicting heavy destruction to Palestinians' vehicles, streets and properties.

A Palestinian youth was martyred and four others injured by Israeli forces during a predawn incursion in Beitunia, west of Ramallah.

Meanwhile, Jordan is hosting an international conference today to be attended by the main UN bodies and regional and international relief agencies to coordinate humanitarian aid to war-devastated Gaza.
