In Afghanistan, at least 19 have been killed and several injured in a suicide blast at an Education Center in Kabul.

Police said the suicide blast took place at the Kaaj education centre in the Dasht-e-Barchi area when students were taking a university exam.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
