At least seventy people were injured when a blast took place inside mosque of Police lines Peshawar on Monday.

According to initial reports, the blast took place when people were gathered for afternoon prayers.

The injured have been shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar.

Emergency has been imposed in all the hospitals of Peshawar after the blast.

Security forces have cordoned off the area. The nature of the blast is also being determined.
