Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has urged the youth to play active role in protecting the country from climate risks under the government's Green Productivity Vision.

He was addressing the two-day International Conference on Green Productivity at Lahore University of Management Sciences on Saturday.

Ahsan Iqbal said the government is implementing green projects across industries to strengthen Pakistan's global competitiveness.

Later, talking to the media, he said the politics of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is non-democratic and aimed at spreading unrest.

The Minister said the PTI leadership is pursuing policy of political revenge, maligning Pakistan internationally, and aligning with hostile foreign interests.

Meanwhile, the Minister also inaugurated a National Incubation Center at the University of Narowal today.

Speaking on the occasion, he said National Incubation Centers are being established to make Pakistan a technology hub in the region.
