Minister of State and Chairman of Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority Bilal Bin Saqib held a series of high-level meetings in Hong Kong aimed at strengthening cooperation in digital finance, tokenized capital markets, regulatory innovation and frontier technologies.

Bilal Bin Saqib met with the Deputy Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, and a Member of the Legislative Council.

The meetings focused on Hong Kong’s experience in developing modern financial-market infrastructure and creating a regulated environment for digital assets and tokenized financial products.

The two sides also explored opportunities for cooperation in fintech, Web3, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
