Security forces have killed four terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan.

According to security sources, the operation was conducted under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam after security forces closely monitored the movement of terrorists in the area and successfully targeted them.

A large cache of weapons and ammunition, along with Afghan currency, was recovered from the killed terrorists.

The security forces remain committed to eliminating terrorism from the country and ensuring lasting peace.
