As an expression of solidarity with the people affected by heavy rains and floods across the country, especially in Balochistan, the national song competition and concert to be held at D Chowk on Thursday in connection with the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of Independence Day has been postponed.

This was announced by Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb in a tweet on Thursday.
