Taliban turn Afghanistan into graveyard of human rights: Report
June 28, 2026

The Afghan Taliban have turned Afghanistan into a graveyard of human rights by making millions of innocent civilians victims of daily torture.

Due to the growing fear of the Taliban regime, millions of Afghan citizens have been forced to leave their homes and flee.

According to the Afghan journal Hasht-e Subh, Taliban have imprisoned 350 innocent Afghans under the pretext of reasons such as cutting beards and listening to music. It said that Taliban are forcibly taking control of Afghan embassies in Europe in order to gain international recognition.

It further said that Taliban regime is misleading the international community under the name of the return of Afghan refugees, hiding its actions and finding excuses for further oppression.

Amnesty International's Afghanistan researcher Zaman Sultani says that Afghanistan under the oppressive Taliban is the world's most dangerous country for the return of migrants.

Pakistani Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai has called the Taliban responsible for the world's worst humanitarian crisis and demanded an international boycott while EU Special Envoy Jill Bertrand has called Taliban regime the biggest and most horrific criminal in the history of human rights.
