India has formally confessed military fatalities in Operation Sindoor for the first time, more than a year after the operation that was followed by its humiliating defeat in Marka-e-Haq.
According to the Indian magazine "The Wire", New Delhi has released the names of six soldiers, killed during Operation Sindoor.
The development has also sparked criticism from opposition parties, journalists, and sections of the public, who have questioned the government's handling of information related to the operation.
Analysts say the Modi Government relying solely on falsehoods and narrative-building cannot maintain credibility at the international level.
