Afghan Taliban have warned Fitna-al-Khwarij that it is not permissible to fight in any country, especially against Pakistan, in violation of the orders of Ameer.
The warning was issued by a Commander of Afghan Taliban, Saeedullah Saeed, while addressing the passing-out ceremony of police officers.
He made it clear that those, who join different groups for waging Jihad abroad, are not real Mujahideen. Moreover, it is also incorrect to declare such people Mujahid, who carry out attacks from one place to another.
Commander Saeedullah Saeed clarified that declaring or granting permission for Jihad is the sole prerogative of the Ameer of the State and not of any group or individual.
He said it is also religious disobedience to go to Pakistan even if the leadership of the State has ordered not to go there for fighting.
The Afghan Taliban Commander said waging Jihad on the basis of one's ego or group’s affiliation will be considered as anarchy according to Shariah.
He said in such condition, groups that carry out attacks in the name of Jihad are disobedient to both Shariah and the Afghan Emirate.
Defence analysts say the statement of the Afghan Taliban Commander Saeedullah Saeed strengthens Pakistan's internal security, its narrative and diplomatic position globally.
They further say that so-called Jihad of the Khwarij, at the behest of Indian proxies, is actually terrorism against the Shariah, the State and peace.
