Very hot and dry weather is expected over most plain areas of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, gusty winds and windstorm is expected during evening and night.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, hot and dry weather during the day and chances of windstorm-rain with thunderstorm during evening and night is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain and thunderstorm during evening and night is expected in Leh while very hot and dry weather during the day and chances of windstorm rain with thunderstorm during evening and night is expected in Jammu.
