Minister for Food Security and Research Sahibzada Mehboob Sultan says the government will provide compensation to farmers after assessment of their losses, caused by recent rains and hailstorm in district Khanewal.

Addressing a ceremony in Multan, he said the Revenue Department, in collaboration with local administration and Agriculture Department, is conducting surveys to estimate losses in the district.
