Sindh government has set up around one hundred markets across the province to provide items of daily use at discounted rates during holy month of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak.

In a statement, Sindh Minister of Universities and Boards Muhammad Ismail Raho said action against hoarders and profiteers is continue and fine of over 2.2 million rupees on 512 illegal profiteers and hoarders across the province was imposed.

He said that steps are being taken to ensure implementation of government fixed rates of items of daily use.
