Uzbek Ambassador to Pakistan Aybek Arif Usmanov says the two countries are intertwined in strong bonds of religion, culture and traditions and bilateral relations will further strengthen in future.

In an exclusive interview with Planet FM 87.6 in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said both countries enjoy strong cooperation in diverse fields.

Terming regional connectivity as the main driver of socio economic and regional integration, the ambassador said Uzbekistan wants access to the world through Pakistani ports while Pakistan intends to enhance its exports to Central Asia and Europe through Uzbekistan.
