The Afghan nationals involved in illegal and criminal activities abroad have become a major challenge to the internal security of the host countries.

Many European countries, including Germany, have intensified crackdown against Afghan nationals involved in human trafficking, drugs smuggling and other serious crimes.

According to the German Interior Ministry, another twenty-three Afghan nationals have been deported from Leipzig to Kabul by chartered flight.

The Ministry said majority of the deported Afghans are involved in serious crimes and have been convicted.

On the other hand, Afghan news agency Khaama Press says Germany has deported two hundred fifty-seven Afghan nationals to Afghanistan since Taliban takeover of the country.

The involvement in criminal activities abroad and deportations reflect that Afghan nationals have now become an unbearable burden for host the countries.
