Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar met with Foreign Minister of Bahrain Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani in New York today.

During the meeting, the two leaders reaffirmed the strong fraternal ties between Pakistan and Bahrain and discussed expanding cooperation in trade, investment and economic sectors.

They also exchanged views on regional developments and cooperation at multilateral forums, including the UN.

Both sides agreed to further strengthen the Pakistan-Bahrain partnership across diverse fields including as fellow elected members of the UN Security Council.
