Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Security, Shazia Atta Marri called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif  in Islamabad on Wednesday and a gave a detailed briefing to him about her ministry.

The Minister apprised the Prime Minister of the proposed procedure of appeal for eight hundred and twenty thousand people who were excluded from Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) by the previous government without any inspection.

Welcoming the procedure of appeal, the Prime Minister directed that inclusion of the deserving people disqualified from the income support program without any reason, must be ensured.
