Minister for Communications Maulana Asad Mehmood has called for promotion of tunneling industry in the country.

During his visit to Tunneling Institute of Pakistan in Islamabad, he appreciated the role of the institute and encouraged its officials to actively participate in the tunneling projects.

On the occasion, the Minister was briefed regarding the newly constructed premises of the Tunneling Institute and the promotion of tunneling profession in the country.
