Pakistan says Jammu and Kashmir never was, is not, nor ever will be an integral part of India.

These remarks were made by Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations Ms. Saima Saleem while exercising the right to reply during the 81st Session of UN General Assembly.

Saima Saleem said Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory, a huge part of which is under India’s forcible and illegal occupation for nearly eight decades against the wishes of the Kashmiri people, and in gross violation of international law and numerous resolutions of the Security Council.

Saima Saleem said India exports terrorism and violence. She said we have also presented to the international community extensive evidence of India’s financing, aiding and abetting of terrorist groups targeting Pakistanis.

The Counsellor also highlighted that the ruling RSS-BJP dispensation in India has institutionalized Hindutva ideology in state policy and practice, and unleashed a reign of terror against minorities.
