Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has congratulated Wang Yi on his appointment as China’s Foreign Minister.

On his Twitter handle, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari praised Wang Yi as ‘an astute and seasoned diplomat’ with whom he had the distinct pleasure of interacting twice last year.

The Foreign Minister expressed the confidence that under watch of Wang Ye, the all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between Pakistan and China would grow from strength to strength.

It may be mentioned that Wang Yi was appointed as foreign minister of China by the country’s top legislature yesterday.
