Afghan Taliban say they have right to react if the United States still keeps troops in Afghanistan even after September 11, when the withdrawal of US troops is due to complete.

In an Interview with a foreign news channel, Taliban Spokesman Suhail Shaheen termed the possible stay of the US troops as "a kind of continuation of the occupation".
