Rice exports of the country have witnessed an increase of 3.69 percent during the first ten months of fiscal year 2020-21.

According to latest statistics, over 3.198 million metric tons of rice valuing worth 1.794 billion dollars have been exported as compared to the exports of 3.526 million metric tons worth in the corresponding period of last year.

About Basmati rice valuing 475.100 million dollars while rice of other varieties valuing 1.274 billion dollars have been exported during the last ten months of current financial year.
