Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain says PTI led government is fighting organized mafia.

In a tweet on Wednesday, he said the World Bank has confirmed Pakistan's 5.37 percent growth rate.

Regretting the meaningless report of Transparency International which hit the headlines, he termed it as only claim with no reason mentioned.  He said that no financial corruption has been mentioned in the report and such stories have been added in the press release that even the corrupt opposition has the courage to criticize the government.

The Minister said it is strange that the leadership of PML-N and JUI-F is claiming that the present government is corrupt which tantamount to spit on the sun.

Meanwhile, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has condemned brutal use of force by Sindh police against peaceful protesters of MQM.

In a tweet, he said at a time when an event like the PSL is about to take place, there was no justification for such violent incident.

He said PTI Sindh's leadership is closely monitoring the situation and our support is with the MQM.
