First Lady Begum Samina Alvi has emphasized need for collective efforts in raising awareness about breast cancer, mental health and well-being.

Addressing a breast cancer awareness seminar in Islamabad, she stressed on advocating for rights of persons with disabilities to enable them becoming productive part of the society.

She said that these topics should be openly discussed throughout the year for which support of both government and society is needed.
