Yemen has called on the international community to designate the Houthis  as a terrorist organization.

In a statement, Yemeni Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammar Al-Eryani said to bring peace in the region it is necessary to dry out their financial resources and reduce their ability to carry out their terrorist activities.
