The United Nations relief chief has condemned the Israel for blocking northern Gaza aid with deadly implications.

The undersecretary-general for humanitarian affairs and emergency relief coordinator at the UN, Martin Griffiths urged Israel to lift all its restrictions on aid to Gaza. He said 70 percent of people face highest level of food scarcity.
