Security forces have killed eight Khawarij in an intelligence-based operation in the Wanda Sheikh Allah area of Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the security sources, five Khawarij were seriously injured during the operation.

The operation was executed with significant military skill, preventing the Khawarij from escaping.

A search operation is underway in view of possible presence of terrorists in the area.

Under the National Action Plan, operations will continue until the complete elimination of the last Khawarij and restoration of law and order.
