The Supreme Courts of Pakistan and China have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Judicial Exchange and Cooperation.

The MoU has been signed by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Yahya Afridi and Chief Justice and President of the Supreme People’s Court of China, Justice Zhang Jun.

The collaboration aims to promote mutual understanding of judicial systems and facilitation in the areas such as artificial intelligence, cybercrime and international trade law.
