In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, occupation forces are continuing massive search and cordon operations.

The Indian Army, paramilitary and police personnel carried out search operations at the residences of Hurriyat activists in Srinagar, Budgam, Baramulla, Bandipora, Pulwama, Kulgam and other areas.

Indian forces harassed family members and damaged household belongings in several areas, causing fear and distress among local residents.

Movement of people and vehicles is being closely monitored, with additional checkpoints set up on major roads, highways and entry points.

Meanwhile, political leaders of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir have cautioned against mass detentions of Kashmiris.

In a statement, IIOJK Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said demolishing houses or making thousands of arrests will not improve the situation in the territory rather it will only worsen it.
