The United States has appreciated Pakistan's progress in restoring macroeconomic stability and advancing key economic reforms.

The appreciation came from US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent in a social media post on X, following his meeting with Minister for Finance Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb in Washington.

The two sides discussed importance of sustaining the reform momentum to promote durable economic growth and support Pakistan's successful return to international capital markets.
