In Afghanistan, at least 19 soldiers have been killed in fierce fighting with Taliban in different parts of the country.

In a statement, the security forces spokesman said that heavy fighting is taking place between security forces and Taliban in Ghazi Abad district of Kunar province.

Afghan security authorities said that 60 Taliban also killed during fighting in Helmand, Kapisa, Kunduz, Takhar, Badakhshan, Logar, Kandahar and Jawzjan provinces.
