Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have signed an agreement to abolish visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official and special passports.

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in a post on X.

Ishaq Dar said the agreement was signed by him and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan on the sidelines of 81st Session of UN General Assembly in New York.

He said this important step will further facilitate high-level engagement and institutional exchanges, and contribute to advancing our enduring and brotherly strategic partnership across all areas of mutual interest.
