Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has arrived in Manila, Philippines, along with his delegation to participate in the 33rd ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Ministerial Meeting.

The Deputy Prime Minister will also hold bilateral meetings with counterparts on the sidelines.
