China and Russia have signed an agreement for bringing their ties into a “new era” of cooperation.

The agreement was signed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin after their meeting in Moscow.

The two leaders also called for responsible dialogue to resolve the Ukraine crisis.

Russian President said China and Russia should work more closely to push forward greater practical cooperation.
