The people of Afghanistan have expressed full support for Pakistan's efforts to eliminate terrorist safe havens operating within Afghan territory.

The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF) has also voiced its full support for Pakistani air operations against the Taliban regime.

Senior NRF member Fazl Ahmad Manawi has said that the Afghan Taliban are an oppressive group and that every strike against them is a welcome step.

He said, placing the interests of Afghanistan and its people above all, they would welcome any measure that benefits the country and its citizens.
