Incarcerated Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Masarrat Aalam Butt, has deplored the criminal silence of the international community over the all-out war waged by the fascist India against the innocent people in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Masarrat Aalam Butt in a message sent from New Delhi’s infamous Tihar jail condemned the confiscation of the residence of the iconic Kashmiri resistance leader, Shaheed Syed Ali Gilani, and hundreds of properties belonging to Jamaat-I-Islami by the Indian authorities.

Meanwhile, people staged forceful protest demonstrations against the anti-people policies of the authorities.

Rural health workers and helpers from various districts of the Kashmir Valley assembled at Press Enclave in Srinagar and staged a big protest rally against the newly-launched policy of depriving the local employees from their jobs on one pretext or another.

The workers said that they were being shown the door without pension benefits.
