Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Canada, Muhammad Saleem has said the business community serves as a vital bridge between the economies of Pakistan and Canada.

He was speaking at the Annual Business Conference of the Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs (OPEN) in Toronto.

The flagship event brought together around one hundred Pakistani-origin entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and professionals from across Canada.

This year’s theme, “The Enterprise of Tomorrow: What Will You Build?” focused on innovation and collaboration aimed at empowering participants to build future-focused enterprises.

In his address, the High Commissioner highlighted Pakistan’s emerging sectors offering promising trade and investment opportunities.

He assured participants that the High Commission in Ottawa, along with Pakistan’s three Consulates General in Canada, stands ready to facilitate the business community in enhancing Pakistan-Canada economic engagement.
