President Asif Ali Zardari has felicitated Armenia on its 35th Independence Day, being observed today (Monday).

In his message to Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, he said Pakistan and Armenia have entered a new chapter in their bilateral relations.

President Asif Ali Zardari expressed confidence that the two countries will further strengthen ties and expand mutually beneficial cooperation in areas of common interest.

He said that enhanced cooperation between the two countries would contribute to the peace, progress and prosperity of their peoples.
