Azerbaijan has halted Karabakh operation after ceasefire deal with Armenian separatists.

In a speech to the nation, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev declared that his country's sovereignty has been restored over Nagorno-Karabakh after a 24-hour military operation against ethnic-Armenian forces.

President Ilham Aliyev will meet representatives of the Karabakh Armenian community today to discuss reintegration processes.
