Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Vice President of the United States J.D. Vance held a meeting in Bürgenstock, Switzerland today.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of US-Iran technical-level talks as a follow-up of 'Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding', being held today.

Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, US Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were also present during the meeting.

The high-level meeting was held in a highly cordial atmosphere, with both sides exchanging warm greetings.

Meanwhile, Vice President of the United States J.D. Vance highly lauded significant diplomatic role of Pakistan.

Responding to a journalist's question at Bürgenstock in Switzerland, the US Vice President expressed his deep appreciation for Pakistan by saying, 'We Love Pakistan. Thank you.'
