Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar says social media platforms like Tiktok should be used responsibly and their negative use should be discouraged.

Talking to newsmen during his visit to residence of killed Tiktoker Sana Yousaf in Islamabad today, the Minister said the entire nation is deeply saddened at Sana's tragic death.

He expressed condolences with Sana Yousaf's family.  

Attaullah Tarar said the Prime Minister and the Interior Minister have taken strict notice of murder of Sana Yousuf. 

He lauded the police for efficient investigation and prompt apprehension of the accused. 

He said the accused should be handed strictest punishment to make an example of him.
