Sindh Cabinet has approved supplementary grants worth over 916 million rupees to meet food requirements of inmates in prisons across the province.

The cabinet, which met in Karachi with Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah in the chair, also approved administrative measures to improve supply chain and stabilize wheat reserves in the province.

The cabinet also decided to upgrade Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Violence and Recreational Park in Sukkur and establish a special block for women at the Masoom Shah Library in Sukkur.
