A Palestinian teenager has been martyred and another critically injured by Israeli soldiers in the West Bank city of Jenin.

Medics and eyewitnesses said the youth was shot in the chest and died on the spot during an Israeli army raid on a main street in Jenin.

Another young man was critically injured after being shot and has been taken to a hospital in same area.
